We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We need some time to verify your prescription. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 7-10 business days for domestic shipments.

This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

We offer free returns up to 14 days after your order has been delivered for a full refund, exchange, or store credit to begin your return process email us at help@massoptical.com.

Please note that besides adding prescription values manually, California residents are also required to electronically transmit their valid prescription. Please follow instructions while selecting your desired lens type.

The pupillary distance is simply the measurement between the centers of the pupils in your eyes in millimeters.
