We need some time to verify your prescription. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 7-10 business days for domestic shipments.

This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

We offer free returns up to 14 days after your order has been delivered for a full refund, exchange, or store credit to begin your return process email us at help@massoptical.com.
